Smartball Teneo Uno is a single  silicone ball with an internal weight of 42g.
The 36mm diameter of the Teneo Uno design is the largest smart ball and is a good starting point for women with a weakened pelvic floor or, who are unable to hold a narrower weight.
 
Once inserted vaginally, the internal weight stimulates the pelvic floor muscles for sensory feedback and more effective contractions. They are a great way of stimulating pelvic floor muscles when returning to functional activities.
 
Only compatible with water-based lubricants, which should be washed off after use to avoid deterioration of the silicone. Water-based lubricants include, Velvet Rose Personal Lubricant, and Serenity Water Based Lubricant and YES® WB Water-Based Lubricant
